Welcome to Caught. By downloading, installing, or using the Caught mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Caught, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding legal contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Caught is a productivity and screen time partner-accountability application for iOS. It allows users to set app usage restrictions, pair with an accountability partner, and monitor focus goals using Apple's ScreenTime frameworks.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• In-App Purchases: Premium features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed through the Apple App Store.
• Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period via your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and payment policies.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Caught solely for personal productivity and voluntary accountability. You agree not to:

• Use the application to harass, stalk, or monitor individuals without their explicit consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's binary code or security features.
• Attempt to overload or exploit our backend database infrastructure.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Caught is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free app blocking functionality, as iOS system updates or device settings may impact local performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caught and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users.
